He is admitted as a member to the Bar of the Supreme Court of the United States of America in Washington, D.C., has argued before the First and Second Department Appellate Divisions in New York and is admitted and qualified to practice as an Attorney in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He is also an Adjunct Associate Professor at Hunter College, which is one of the oldest public universities in the United States, and teaches courses in the areas of Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Government and Political Science.
Education: Bacher received a Juris Doctorate degree from Syracuse University in 2003 and a Masters Degree in Public Administration from the Maxwell School at Syracuse University in 2003. Following his admission to the New York State bar in 2004, James W. Bacher received his LL.M. degree in Law and Government from The American University, Washington College of Law in 2005, with a specialization in Business Law. Prior to graduate school, he received a Bachelor of Arts from Kent State University in Kent, Ohio, graduating with honors in both Political Science and Rhetorical Communications.
